Mother/Son Dance "Where The Wild Things Are" THANK YOUs

This year’s Mother-Son dance “Where the Wild Things Are” was a ROARING success thanks to an amazing team of volunteers!

To my fellow beasts-  Linda Lynch, Tara Nelson, Lisa Marden, Lara Heline, Sherri Ziomek, Carolyn Tremblay-  many thanks for all your time, invaluable input and super suggestions!

Pre-dance prep-  Thanks to Sara Graham for cutting leaves and preparing prize bags, to Tim Doucette for blowing up our trees, to Lara Heline for making the crowns and Chris Heline for the AWESOME Max and his furry wolf tails. 

Set up crew- Dee Cote, Sherri Ziomek, Linda and Chris Lynch; Tara Nelson, Paul and Hannah Knittle (AMAZING photo stations), Margaret and Kelly McCarthy, Emily Clark, Lisa Marden, Randy and Aaron Cross

 Registration- Sherri Ziomek and Kerri Dalton

 Photo Stations- Tara Nelson, Paul Knittle, Bruce McBrien, John Lynch 

 Food- Linda Lynch, Hannah (popcorn princess) Knittle, Margaret and Kelly McCarthy, Julie Havey, Tyla Hamel.  They served 10 gallons of fruit punch and many other goodies to our hungry and thirsty boys and moms.

Decorations:  I was blown away by the beautiful creations by Lisa Marden and Carolyn Tremblay

Activities- Thanks to the parents and teens who helped out with games and prizes:

Mike Tanzella-  Thanks for all your set up help, assistance during the dance and for cleaning up the huge mess we left at the end of night. 

An extra big roar of thanks to the Cross family!  Randy and Aaron were there for setup, during the dance and clean up.  WOW!!!  Dina and Jacob got into the act, too!
