It’s musical squares and fun for all ages.
When the music stops everyone stands on the closest numbered square…
A number is drawn and the person standing on that number WINS and
gets to chose a yummy dessert of their choice from the dessert rack!

Volunteers and Desserts Still Needed!
MUSICAL CAKE WALK
Many people have pledged to make or purchase a dessert for the fair – Thank you!
The more desserts we have the longer the game can last! 200 is an ideal number!
Even if you didn’t sign up, if you want to bring a cake, brownies, cookies or whatever, you can drop it off at Cashman on Friday night from 6pm to 8pm or Saturday morning.
Please do NOT drop off your dessert donation during school hours or to the main office.
Reminder:
Please be sure that your cake walk donation does not contain nuts or nut oils (including sunflower oil) of any kind. But we can accept items that are labeled “may have been processed in a facility that also processes nuts”. If you make something from scratch, please include an ingredients list –Thanks!
RAFFLE ITEMS
We will continue to collect items through the drop off boxes in the main offices of both schools through Thursday, February 4th.
VOLUNTEERS
We are still in need of volunteers on the day of the fair! Please return the volunteer form sent home in last week’s poly or sign up on-line at www.amesburypta.org. If you have already sent in a volunteer form, you should receive an email or phone call confirmation with your time and assignment by Thursday, February 4th. If you have not received this confirmation, please call or email Linda Lynch (listed below).
IN THE EVENT OF INCLEMENT WEATHER (Because this is New England!!)
Every attempt will be made to hold the Family Fun Fair as scheduled. BUT, the safety of our families is the primary concern of the PTA, so in the event of inclement weather or adverse driving conditions, we may postpone the Family Fun Fair until a later date. We will try to notify families through Connect-Ed, email or postings on the PTA website.
