Teachers Needed for Winter 2010 After School Enrichment Program

After School Enrichment is coming!  The PTA is looking for instructors interested in teaching a class in the winter session of the After School Enrichment Program. This session runs for five weeks and instructors are paid a stipend of $250 for each session taught. You would teach a class in a topic of interest to you one afternoon each week for the five weeks. Classes will be starting the week of January 18, 2010 and ending the week of February 22 (The week after February vacation). Suggested class hours are from 3:15-4:15 pm. 

Please note that there is no school on Monday January 18, so if you are offering a Monday class the session would run for 4 weeks with a stipend of $200.

The deadline for providing information about the class you want to teach is Fri. December 18. Please provide a brief (one paragraph) description of the class, maximum class size and any other requirements (for example, if you want to limit participation to certain grades). Please indicate any preferences you have about which day or days you would be available to teach the class and please estimate the cost of any materials that would need to be purchased for the class.
